What is the role of a ROC Cleaning Account Manager? In your words
To help provide the best service you can for the client. We should be the first and last person the client needs to go through to solve any issues should a problem arise. We are constantly checking in on our client’s building in person to make sure we can stay ahead of any issues.
What is the most enjoyable part of your job?
Meeting new people and establishing a relationship.
What is the funniest thing to happen on the job?
I couldn’t get my electric car into drive. They do not shift like a regular vehicle. I had to call one of the other account managers to figure it out.
Why should prospective clients choose ROC cleaning over other cleaning contractors?
Because when the client chooses ROC you get a team that works together to make sure they are receiving the best service possible. ROC gives the client that extra level of service by having account managers.
What in your work history helped prepare you for the role of Account Manager?
I’ve managed and worked in customer service for 30 years. Managing has given me the tools to interact with all kinds of people. It has also shown me ways to help problem solve.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family.
