ROC Cleaning Celebrates 25 Years
25 years ago, Pete Mogren and Art Harris saw an opportunity to change the cleaning industry for the better. Founded with the goal of being the best cleaning service in the Twin Cities, ROC operates on four core values: Value, Service, Quality, and Trust.
With the four core values in mind, ROC set out to find their first clients which brought them to a car dealership, White Bear Mitsubishi. This dealership was ROC’s first ever client, and they’re still a client 25 years later!
Pete and Art didn’t have a full team when they started, so they handled all of the cleaning services themselves, setting the tone for their business. Now In 2023, Pete is the current CEO and remains highly involved in day-to-day operations for ROC.
Fast-forward to today, ROC commercial cleaning has full-service cleaning teams with more than 400 buildings on our resume – cleaning more than 25 million square feet of commercial space every night.
